• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the game.
• Purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time without liability to you.
• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the property of Drip District.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, and other materials within our Services are the exclusive property of Drip District or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as usernames and profile pictures, but by submitting such content, you grant Drip District a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIP DISTRICT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drip District and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
